Abstract

The "discovery" of an almost literal transcription of the "Agadah" - Talmudic account - of a trial before Tanaita Raba, transferred to Sancho's trial as Governor of the Insula Barataria applying his judgment of the red-top, reproduction of what is known in the Talmudic schools under the name "Caña D'Raba", opens a new perspective on the personality of the author of "EI Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha" , Don Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra.
Twenty years after "Nostra Aetate" after the fledgling phase of Jewish-Christian dialogue, this conference talk leaves the taboo, towards a frank analysis imposed by history errors.
