Passwords, legitimacy documents, inappropriate titles

Abstract
Passwords, coughing of legitimacy documents, improper titles and the same securities, arose for the common purpose of facilitating, sometimes only the execution, others also the circulation of a right, which aims at the provision in money, goods or services. It is taught that document is all bodily (usually furniture), simple or composed, ideal for receiving, retaining and transmitting the descriptive, emblematic or phonetic representation of a given legally relevant entity. In view of this concept, distinctive signs that do not allow the representation of a fact are excluded from the wide range of documents, but serve only through experience and intellect, to indicate a fact. The doctrine has called these objects the generic name of passwords, which are generally banknotes or ballots with few printed words, without signatures, which allow to infer the existence of a legal relationship, usually deposit and custody,3 but which do not indicate the object entered or, frequently, the contracting subjects. These passwords are characterized by the following elements: a) they are issued en masse or in series; b) its generally anonymous forks; (c) are not subscribed by the issuer, or subscribe in advance through the use of clichés; (ch) generically mention the content of the benefit due; and (d) its function is exercised by the inherence or connection of the sign with the person or thing to be distinguished, from where it is a quid that is added to one or the other to connote identity, a quality or a legal relationship. In the document, the representation of the event is immediate (during its formation), as it is always generated in the presence of the fact that it must represent, and permanent, because the fact represented resurfaces in the intellect of the person whenever he is in front of the document; that is why the document is a bodily entity that attests to the existence of an act or a legal business because, through writing, that act or business is given life and, at the same time, an object capable of certifying its existence is created. The structure of the document is the way in which the representation of the fact is made or concreted, a form consisting, inextricably, of the following elements: (a) of a body or material element - by which the fact becomes perceptible to the senses - (paper, stone, magnetophonic tape, etc.); (b) the medium used to print, on that material element, the representation of the fact (pencil, chalk, voice fixation device, etc.); c) of the content, which can be a body (material from which the image or figure is fixed photographically), an energy (the sound of a voice) or an immaterial but perfectly perceptible body (an idea, whose expressive signs are printed on the paper).
