Group of people most at risk in road accidents

Abstract
The World Conference on the Future of Cities "Urban 21", held in July 2000 in Berlin (Germany's R.F.), expressed concern that the fastest population growth will be experienced in cities in developing countries over the next 25 years, estimated at 5 billion more people worldwide who will live there. Respecting the size of this calculation, our country's cities will have a small portion of this cake, which is no less significant if we look at it in the context of a nation that is little watching over the orderly development of its cities, and virtually nothing for the development of its road infrastructure.
This is a country that still looks at the advancement of other nations and takes little less than an eternity to find a solution to the most pressing problems afflicting the population. The problems arising from the movement of motor vehicles and, in general, from public roads is one of the biggest debts that this country still has with the health of its inhabitants.
