Abstract

Of Imohtep, the legendary first Egyptian architect, it is known that he was also known as a scribe, astronomer, magician and healer and that he was later canonized and worshiped as the patron saint of wise men and scribes. The legend indicated him as the author of the "Book of the foundations of the Temples", which had to be consulted by the king and the priests for any construction project of the official religion and it was believed that it had been carried by the gods when separated from Earth and that Imohtep had dropped it from the sky.
