Abstract

I understand the entrepreneurial spirit in its broadest sense, such as the attitude of finding and applying satisfactors for individual, group or community needs. I therefore do not refer only to the processes, techniques and attitudes necessary to establish a lucrative enterprise.

Deficiencies of entrepreneurship are the lack of solutions to important problems, the lack of execution once a solution has been chosen and the lack of efficiency in the execution of a solution.

In the entrepreneurial phenomenon there are three important moments. The first is the discovery of opportunity, in the form of dissatisfaction or surpassable satisfaction. The second is to conceive a satisfactory or solution. The third is to execute that second step to convert it into results.

The entrepreneurial act is the correlate of action of the creative act. The creative act is limited to the sphere of thought. The entrepreneurial act in the field of action. To undertake is to combine a creative act with effective action. The ability to undertake - the ability to perceive, to create, to act - is present in all healthy human beings. Its improvement occurs through the suppression of what hinders it.
