Abstract

The title of this essay; "More Humanism in Science and more Science in Humanism" is a very topical topic in the university environment. On July 13, an international congress on the role of the humanities in the training of young university students was inaugurated at the University of Costa Rica. There was a lot of emphasis on that congress and in general, there is a lot of emphasis on universities, on humanist training. A very general criterion is issued on the subject that points to the fact that the intellectuals versed in the field of letters, not only know their field, but are interested in knowing the subjects and scope of science. In the same way that scientists, they must not only dedicate themselves to their specialty but also venture into the field of letters.
