Abstract

The transport contract should be understood as one that is born into legal life at the moment in which the transfer of things, people or news from one place to another is agreed with the carrier. Regulated specifically in our current commercial legislation under article number three hundred and twenty-three following and concordant of the Commercial Code. The figure of the carrier, also called Carrier, is regulated by the current Commercial Code, as an auxiliary of the trade in charge of helping the merchant in the exercise of said activity within the trade. By virtue of commercial traffic and as a consequence of the need that makes this work possible and that requires two important points.
