Abstract

An important premise is the commercial activity, that is, that the commerce itself constitutes an ancient activity and prior to its initial regulation. Commercial Law was not only born as the unification of dispersed laws on this matter and commercial customs and customs but also as the transfer of a Customary Law to a Written Law: EGYPT focused its trade on "international trade", especially with development in the River Nile and the Red Sea. BABILONIA was predominantly dedicated to banking activities with the stipulation of interests, transportation, commissions and sales with mercantilist profiles and the PHENICIOS called "Pueblos del Mar" of vital importance since they are considered the first commercial navigators, who took most of the sea lanes ( rivers and seas), to trade especially purple (ink taken from a fish).
