Abstract

In 1987 the renowned politician Richard Nixon, by the way, praised even after his death, mentioned that the present century has been the most violent - in terms of changes - and with the most bloodshed in all of human history.

Likewise, he places the strategy on a relevant plane to compete as he had never had, except in the military field.
