XXIX Anniversary of the Autonomous University of Central America

Abstract

This University has managed to go through important stages and tests: being born, being authorized, having acceptance in society, having established the most rigorous graduation system in the country, being born again after CONESUP appeared, receiving favorable sentences from the Supreme Court of Justice, suffering the dispossession of several of its schools, creating new ones, having a beautiful campus of its own, the best private university library in our environment, having conferred, through rigorous Degree Tests, twenty thousand titles on professionals who successfully perform in twenty-two countries ... And after twenty-nine years of doing University every day, in the midst of calm days and bitter battles, carrying out their tasks on this beautiful Campus and making promising plans for the future: all this shows that Providence has helped us at all hours.
