How to operationalize change through reengineering

Abstract

There is a lot of talk about change in recent years; however, change has always existed. Change is a transformation in the economic, technological, social, political, scientific, administrative and, above all, expectations of man. Change is important because organizations must be in line with the requirements of the medium or environment, so as not to become obsolete and therefore enter entropic processes and disappear. Organizational Development offers us three exchange rates or exchange strategies, namely:
Evolutionary change: it is one where the "Statu Quo" (state in which the bodies are located) varies partially.
Revolutionary change: it is one where the Statu Quo changes completely, but in a dizzying and inadequate way.
Systematic change: This strategy is the best way to implement change in an organization; here the Statu Quo changes totally, but little by little.
