Abstract

One of the most important events of our time is the emergence of neoliberalism on the public stage. As relevant as it is unexpected; Two decades ago no one would have thought of the rebirth of liberalism. Today, however, policies that reduce the functions and powers of the state, the sale of parastatal enterprises and the contraction of public spending are booming. In correspondence, we see a revaluation of ideas that condemn equality and justice and instead instead liven up individual freedom. In short, we are witnessing the dismantling of the Developing-Reform State and the establishment of the Neoliberal State. Or, to use the quaint language of our politicians, we observe the "thinning of an obese state."
