Abstract

Some jurists have referred to computer fraud as a phenomenon of great magnitude and significance in the field of computer crime and the central nucleus of computer crime from the criminological point of view, it is for this reason that there is a dimension of computer crime to the one that pays special attention to the doctrine, considering it the most unexplored terrain until now and the one that presents the greatest difficulties for its prevention and detention. Therefore, it is not surprising to discover frequently (in common language, but also in the legal world) the confusion between computer crime and computer fraud, identifying them as one thing.
