Abstract

The purpose of presenting this monograph is to visualize the possible problems of night work and shift work in the working population that needs this work schedule. Since, although for 35 years, various investigations have indicated that they gradually harm the health of the working population in the short, long and medium term; This situation goes unnoticed by employers and their labor organizations, doctors and health personnel, and workers.
