Alumni of Honor Louisiana State University.

Abstract

With the creation of this Academically Independent House of Study, financially autonomous, philosophical and ideological free, exempt from any unnecessary protection, direct or indirect, on the part of the State, it acquires substantive reality. precept, philosophical rather than constitutional, which enshrines freedom of teaching at all levels of Costa Rican education.
