Market and Hype

Abstract

It is now applied with special exaggeration in the market and in the paradigm of its global extension, where everything is defined in terms of efficiency and productivity, and where these would depend exclusively on the processing and transmission of information, which is like a synonym for knowledge. Those who encode and transmit that knowledge are called human capital. We cannot give the rest the title of human: they are untermenchen; inefficient and unproductive. Using that subhuman rabble to join the market is taking advantage of comparative advantage; cruel for low wages - what those little Central American little boys do. But using human capital - like INTEL's 2,000 workers here - is taking advantage of the com-pe-ti-ti-va advantage.
