(1976-2002), former Secretary General and former Vice President of the UCR, former Dean of the UNA, author of several books and countless articles. Radio and written commentator. Doctor Honoris Causa by the U.A.C.A., by the Magister University and by the Inter-American University of Costa Rica. Professor for ten years of Social Doctrine of the Church at the UCR (1977-1987).

Abstract

Expreso, en primer lugar, una cordial y efusiva felicitación al Instituto Costarricense de Teología Pastoral (INCOTEP) en su Décimo Aniversario y pido a Dios que siga bendiciendo esta obra y la haga fecunda en bienes de apostolado.
