Adolfo Di Mare: Researcher at the School of Computer Science and Informatics at the University of Costa Rica, where he holds the rank of Full Professor and directs the Programming Chair. He is Master Tutor of the Stvdivm Genérale of the Autonomous University of Central America, where he holds the rank of Professor and serves as Academic Counselor. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Costa Rica and a Master of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, email: adolfo@di-mare.com

Abstract

The University helps its students and professors to use the Internet interconnection facilities it has. For the moment, and until further notice is given, they will be able to enjoy the following services:


Personal electronic locker.
Personal website.



The form of Internet use that most identify is "Internet Browsing", in which a user uses his computer to visit cyber sites scattered throughout the Earth. Also, digital surfers usually have an electronic locker for written communication.


This note describes which Internet Services the Autonomous University of Central America offers to its students, and how to access those services.
