Abstract

The inalienable right not to be unjustly killed applies to all human beings equally. From this point of view, Ayn Rand maintains that "there are no rights of special groups: there are no rights of workers, employers, the elderly, children, the unborn. There are only the rights of man, owned by each individual and by all men as individuals. "
