Abstract

The problem of culture is one of the most serious that exists, since it concerns the whole of society. Faced with the demands of adopting a scientific and critical approach to the tasks of education and culture in the country, the first private university in Costa Rica was established in 1973, a pioneer in teaching and e! right to free choice in education.
