Abstract

The integrity of the judge as an ethical and moral problem and its impact on the judicial decision is analyzed, in order not to confuse the prescriptive moral discourse of descriptive discourse of ethics. In this context, the author addresses the issue of judicial ethics as a set of behaviors necessary to satisfy the interests committed to the exercise of judicial activity and acceptance of the decisions of the hearings.
