Abstract

Pragmatics in the public thing have to pay, in the long run, a daunting price. It is precisely when it has been acted in good faith that it is suffered by the contradictory misunderstandings of the eclectic course that has been chosen. Such seems to be the discomfort that is currently afflicting the PAN government. Those of us who opposed the process of appeasement of the URNG by illegitimate, immoral, pernicious and unnecessary instead applaud the trend towards privatizations that give the person back their right to competitively undertake under rules, we hope, equal for all. The most enthusiastic, on the other hand, of the thirty-six-year-old blur and of the new account in constitutional and ordinary legislation fiercely adverse to them. The ideological confrontation persists for these long-lived and kicking lares, almost eight years after the fall of the Berlin Wall by latitudes that I find increasingly distant from us.
