The trader and his social function

Abstract
The dignity of the person and his rights
The human person has rights before and above all positive law.
These rights are born, whether individual or collective, of human nature, intelligent and free.
Human beings are so social, it is almost inconceivable without the others who have made their existence possible. More at once it is so individual, that there is, nor has there been or will be one person equal to another.
To proceed according to one's initiative is to be faithful to the human nature expressed in each one: an individual substance of a rational nature, the most perfect thing that exists in nature.
To be-with-others, to be performed with others, is to be faithful to human nature in its aspect that we call social. This involves many things: the whole human history. It's giving and receiving, no measure. Each acting, as is desirable, according to his own vocation that, providentially, makes differentiated tasks possible, because there is innate aptitude for them; this explains the diversity of professions and trades, that is, the whole brilliant manifestation of the multiform human spirit.
