Abstract

If knowledge is power, no doubt to the extent that the citizens of the world know more about their reality, they will be better able to demand from their political leaders the fulfillment of their duties in line with the needs of a life in democracy, peace and freedom.
At the basis of the great transformations has always been present the information component, and with technological development, it began to increase the speed, quantity and forms of that information.
With the invention of mobile types, by Johannes Gutenberg in the mid-15th century, books, documents and especially flying leaves, which were the ancestors of modern media, began to be published in large quantities - by the time, of course.
