Abstract

Law as an instrument of social regulation is immersed in a number of values that it must protect and promote, because it is the same society that has adopted them on the ground that they are valid, consequential and necessary, for the attainment of peace and the common good. Within this line of thought it is undeniable that the values of society will be influenced by the political ideology prevailing in such a society or, for others, it will be as an instrument of "domination" that prefigures what are the values and the ideological and economic system that will operate, with a view to maintaining an "establishment" suitable to the ruling class, as analyzed by an Orthodox Orthodox.
