Abstract

Part of every organization is two ideologies that contrast - although not their end - in their goals. Both can be seen from the law and its structure as groups and a practical personality, but the clashes result from an informal background. It is the informal groups, groups set up to serve certain needs, that will give genesis to the conflicts between these two groups: on the one hand, employers and, on the other hand, workers grouped in trade unions.
But most of the efforts of entrepreneurs who care about the economic situation of the country, are aimed at making investment attractive, recommending granting tax concessions to investors, concealing their identity, allowing them to negotiate with public deposits in banks that passively establish and accept that all the wealth produced by their companies be taken away.
