Abstract

1.- When the Political Constitution and other legal norms that develop it define the economic regime of the State, establishing the principles on which it must be based (Art. 118); the aspects of the economy on which the public powers of the State must act (Art. 119); and the economic system to be protected (Art. 130); 2.- when the legal norms refer to matters of economic content, as occurs with the so-called "economic legislation" and with other branches of law such as labor law, commercial law, tax law, etc .; or 3.- when the legislator subjects the action of the public power to economic considerations, as occurs when those interested in obtaining a license or governmental authorization are required to present economic studies that justify their issuance or grant.
