Abstract

The debate, at the continental level, about where we want to go, in what type of society we want to live, what should be the role of the individual in shaping that future, which is the State, the market, the Law, morality, and religion have reached a level of intensity in recent years never seen before, at least since the last decades of the period known as the Enlightenment and in the years following the struggle for our lives. national independencies, that is, from the period that covered approximately the last third of the 18th century and the first third of the 19th century.
