Human Factor Management: Outsourcing competitive advantage or disadvantage

Abstract

Today's companies, in order to secure a place in the two thousand market, characterized by their high level of competitiveness, have made a series of very significant transformations in their management style. One of the most important is the outsourcing management style.
Outsourcing is a management mechanism through which some functions or processes are contracted externally to be executed by staff of external companies. It is, in fact, a partnership with external suppliers to increase the levels of efficiency and efficiency in the service and, in turn, reduce operating costs in the company.
There are some tactical and strategic reasons why a company opts for the Outsourcing mechanism.
